A clear path from table to order.

Never send access tokens, passwords or customer details. Responses are by email; no response-time guarantee is offered.

Set up your first product

  1. Open Matrix Mint in Shopify admin. Create a rule table, edit the size/tier prices and option fees, and save.
  2. Approve Studio in Setup & plan. On a development store this is a Shopify test subscription.
  3. Sync Shopify prices. Check catalog prices, then enable the managed product on the Online Store.
  4. Use a dedicated product template in an Online Store 2.0 theme. Add the Matrix Mint options app block. Hide the default variant picker, quantity selector and buy buttons for that template.
  5. Open the storefront preflight link. Run its cart checks. It adds test lines and removes only its own lines after each case; keep the tab open.
  6. Place a Shopify test order and refresh Order audits. Investigate warnings before taking orders.

A fee or quantity does not match

Stop selling the affected configuration while you check it. Compare the rule revision, quote reference, variant IDs, quantities and original line subtotal. Check for manually removed fee lines, changed variant prices, discounts and currency changes. A discount is separate from the expected original catalog subtotal. If all configuration properties are removed, automatic order attribution can be unavailable.

The block is missing

Check that you are viewing the managed product, it is enabled on the Online Store, the app block is added to its assigned template, and the theme supports app blocks. During development the extension preview must be active. The app host can remain online even when an extension dev preview is unavailable.

Currency, checkout and product limits

Use the store’s currency with two decimal places. The app does not support headless stores, selling plans or multi-currency pricing. Shopify variants and fee lines carry prices; properties are descriptive. This app does not require Plus and does not prevent every direct cart edit. Fees have their own tax/shipping settings; review them before accepting orders.

Cancel or uninstall

Cancel Studio in Setup & plan or uninstall through Shopify. New quotes stop when entitlement ends. Review managed products and theme blocks after cancellation. Your unrelated products are never changed. Data deletion follows Shopify’s compliance webhooks and the privacy policy.
